Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return is received safely.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please keep hold of your original packaging and receipt inside the parcel. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Buy 2 Get 1 Free – Returns Policy
Products purchased as part of our Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion (across selected EDP, Extrait and Arab Collection fragrances) are subject to the following returns conditions.

Under this promotion, one item is provided complimentary for every two qualifying items purchased within the same range. All items within a promotional bundle are therefore considered part of a discounted transaction.

Testing & Try Before You Buy
We operate a try before you buy policy. Fragrances may be opened and lightly tested only to assess the scent. Excessive use, heavy spraying, or noticeable depletion beyond reasonable testing will make the item ineligible for return.

Single item returns
A single bottle cannot be returned on its own when purchased as part of a Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer, as it forms part of the complimentary item promotion. You can exchange the item for an alternative perfume.

Returning two items
Customers may return two items from a qualifying bundle. In this case, the remaining item will no longer qualify for the promotional discount and will be recalculated at its full standard retail price. Any refund issued will reflect this adjustment.

Full bundle returns
Customers may return the entire promotional bundle (for example, all 3 or all 6 items). Items must be returned in a condition, aside from reasonable testing as outlined above. Refunds will be issued based on the promotional price paid, not individual retail values.

Agreement
By placing an order under a Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms at checkout.
